any modern treasure hunters like the old ones?

Only one I can think of is WC Jameson although he may just be a really great story teller. Got me wondering where are all the books from newer hunters and has anything like the ones in the past been written? Stuff like the treasure hunters manuals or the state by state treasure atlas series?
