I have been cutting down brush on my property, detecting the lawn, doing deck staining, erecting an electric fence around the hen house, changed the oil in the car, and then sitting down and doing internet. I feel trapped.

I've lost 20 pounds , nothing to do so I walk ,and walk and walk. good for the heart and good for the spirit.
I will not diet because my junk food intake is naturally low anyway.
beer is my junk food.

I have lost a few pounds. Don’t know if it is walking every day instead of gym every other day, or just not going for groceries as often.

I have the privilege of going to work like always.

Watching what I touch and not my weight.

No one applauds, or flies jets over us, and I had to buy $760 worth of masks for my staff out of my own pocket because we are not "incorporated" and do not have credit. Hope I get reimbursed, eventually.

No one thinks or cares about who is on the other end of their toilet flush. Before or now.

At 58 I’m in homes and businesses every day making sure their internet stays on. I do a lot of climbing and walking on the job. If not for that I’m sure I’d put on some extra weight.

To Late !! Just kidding, I'm still working so maintaining my weight is not an issue. I just lucked out by being called one of those "Essential Workers".

I went on a scheduled vacation starting 3-10 through 3-17. On 3-16 they notified me that the job site has been shutdown until further notice was supposed to start back up today but got extended one more week. I’ve gained 10 pounds.it is real nice eating lunch and than taking a nap. Ha ha!
