To deal with my anxiety over the C-19-

I carefully, studiously, and scientifically examined the situation and came to the correct, reasonable, and logical conclusion that a pandemic cannot be solved; much in the same way that a Zincoln can't be a Mercury although you can't tell for sure by tone alone.

Like Relicmiester said in many more words - You just have to dig the tone you get.

I control my emotions,THEY do not control me.

There is no such thing as a human being in the fallen state who can make a right decision. If you are in your center, it is given to you what to do in every situation and circumstance. This is the key that eliminates all decision-making on your part.

Your attraction to external things (people, places, and objects) is the result of having lost your proper relationship with your center. By these attractions you are trying to make up for what you lost. You are really seeking peace, but you will never find it apart from God.

Cant say that I do a low carb diet - ice cream is a great calmer, but exercise is a must to let the stress go. So I either walk if the weather is decent or use my rowing machine while I listen to an audiobook other days. Listening to Mudlark right now, non fiction written by a London mudlarker.

Put the top down on my Miata, crank up some classic rock tunes on my 900 watt amp feeding 11 speakers and go for a long cruise in the country. Works every time.

Dont think I saw the picture of Stacey David Miata.

900 watt amp feeds 10 speakers in cab, 6 front, 4 rear, a 200 watt amp feeds 10" sub woofer in trunk. Kenwood receiver with bluetooth, I stream my playlists from LiveXLive, formerly Slacker radio, I currently have 80 playlists.

RX is NOT always a good thing. I think stiva bud is the way to go. A loaf of bread, a bottle of wine and a woman by my side. I be fat, drunk and in trouble. BUT that's OK, for I'm with the one I love and life is but a small blip on the historic time line. 000BC----------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------to present
For you guys who haven't tried it for one reason or another. Tough, you'll never know what you're missing. Better than Viagra, better that all the RX drugs. Remember; the FDA was created to get rid of all the drugs that came from Nature, 'cause you can't get a patent on something that grows WILD>

The mountains have rules. They are harsh rules, but they are there, and if you keep to them you are safe. A mountain is not like humanity. A mountain is sincere. The weapons to conquer it exists inside you, inside your soul.
