So we braved the pouring rain the other day for a chance that maybe we could find some gold and satisfy our craving for the yellow metal at last.. Gold nuggets were the dream but this was the reality...

As musch as I love this hobby, can't say "wish I was there". Would love to turn some of that BC ground but, for now, I will take the 68*F day we had in South Carolina today!! Here's to you guys. Hope you find a big one!

Nokta FoRs Gold, a Gold Cube, 2 Keene Sluices and Lord only knows how many pans....not to mention a load of other gear my wife still doesn't know about!

I'm only about 40 miles from the BC border, and you sure wouldn't want to be
here today. It's about 37º, raining and blowing; basically a typical late Fall
day in the far Northwest.
