So, oak - i'll bet you have considered scuba diving into your hard rock mine, and swimming right up to exposed quartz/gold vein , and chipping off a couple pounds of that museum quality crystallized gold, right ? lol.

Not at all, the shaft was backfilled with tailings by the USFS long ago

That was right nice of them to do all your reclamation work for you. 'Spose they closed off and gated the road to the mine too? :laughing7:

Nothing these days would suprise me. The rule of law and the constiution mean nothing to the present day government.
