Cool isn't it? As of last year Income tax went up from 3-5% for individuals and corporate doubled. Don't know if their rankings reflect this.
Also, the one thing that saved us from being worst in personal freedoms, homeschooling, is beginning to be regulated more by the state.
But hey, if you are in a gang, part of OWS, a sexual deviant in the woods, or just want to break laws, this seems to be the freest state...
