Google Earth and the Minas del Oro treasure map

Another piece of a map.
From a Hardesty map, dated 1883.
This one shows a number of mines within the area outlined in red.
From the "Sky Blue" at the top end to the "Silver King" near Silver City at the bottom.
Along with an area marked "placers".
While not related to the topic, some may find this map to be interesting as well, since the date puts it into the LDM timeline.
Also some of the place names.
For example "Frog Peak", which on this map is just to the west of Tortilla Flat/Creek.

No need to, Marius.
You can meet many Dutch Hunters around Bluff Springs and Black Top.....even Malapais Mtn.
Many believe it's somewhere on or near by.
But many caves in the mountains have, or once had "casas" inside them.
The task is to recognize which one it is....with a mine tunnel across from it and with pit mine above the tunnel.
And to realize that some of the maps may not apply to the LDM at all.
Or to the Superstition Range.

Somehiker I didn't want to say it but just by looking at your map I already found it.I have a house with a cavern entrance in it. All the items on the map fit.it was tricky to solve it because I only had stone shapes I had to find.good luck

Horses head treasure marker.this gives a person direction on where to look for the treasure.

If you say you can't see it thats too bad, I wanted you to finally see something posted related to real treasure.So i'll have to do my posting with people who appreciate and don't play games.same with your sidekick, he follows and never find anything but his shoes lol.

Hello travis how have you been?I I just got the type 2 diabetes, it's a lot of work.wayne is a good guy he at least talks to me.

My wife is borderline type2,but controls hers through diet, exercise, and she makes a lot of fresh fruit smoothies.
Still does not like the finger jab, but all little jabs in life are necessary at times.
