I really love this site.....after reading many of the entries, I am reasonably sure that my ventures are what they should be and that if I do not find any silver, it's not because I don't know my machine, or that I'm searching in exhausted schools and parks. I average on any given day with about $14 in clad change and two or three rings. The average depth is 3 to 4 inches. I long for the day when I can hunt the eastern sea coast and the eastern us. Live in Colorado and mineralization sucks! Thanks to everyone who posts! Please put depth on your finds,

Seriously? If I could $14 a day in clad, let alone a single ring I'd be thrilled. We not use you're clad to purchase some good quality silver coins?
