Minelab Equnox 800... 2 Garrett Pro Pointers, Lesche, and an 18" mini-T- handle and a 31 inch Samson digging tools
Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
Started detecting 4 years ago .Bought an AT Pro and loved it, and did quite well. Two years ago I got an Etrac, and it was a game changer for sure, more silver more depth., more everything. Here is my situation, When I started I more or less did a little coin shooting, some beach hunting just general detecting, now I find myself relic hunting old homesites 90% of the time. While I love this Etrac, and have made some bucket lister finds, it has its faults relic hunting in iron! not sure its best for relic hunting. What do you relic hunters use.................................CTX 3030, right? What else? Or dont bother?

The Deus works very well in iron infested sites. The Fisher F75 is also a good relic machine, but, the Deus is better in iron. I do quite well in iron with my E-trac too. Small coil and two tone ferrous setting works very good.
