No 35 St. James's Square Charles Dickens Territory

Hello all,
I found this ring in St James Square in Bath, England whilst living there a few years ago. It was wedged between the cobbled stones of the same square that Charles Dickens apparently resided - at No 35 St. James's Square!!! I find this quite eery :o to say the least and who knows maybe......
It has engravings as you can see by the pics. Looks like french? Any ideas on age? any other details? Anyone???

Wow, congrats on your find. Id say the numbers are the purity of the ring (silver looks like) thus 925 is actually 92.5% pure. the strange symbol to the left of the numbers could indicate the currency of the ring in the country it which is was made in, id do some research starting from that symbol first then try to see if it matches the above lettering's.
thanks for sharing.
