I'm watchin' you

I've been trying to get a good snap of a kestral for a while now and today, when I was taking my dog for a walk, one flew across the path I was on and settled on a bush. As I was just about to take the shot it turned round and looked straight at me, as if to say "I'm watchin' you". Got the shot though .

You done good, hammered!! We called them 'sparrow hawks' and they're usually always seen in pairs back in Oklahoma.

Thanks for the comments guys and gals, it took a while but I got one of the shots I wanted, still want to get one where it's hovering. RGINN, we have Sparrohawks as well as Kestrals, but they look like this (not my photo).
