Thanks for the pictures, esp. the pearl. That's the first natural pearl I've ever seen, except at the tourest traps where you pay to open oysters. Great pic of it too.

Nice, what were the reds hitting on? I haven't made it down to the Laguna Madre in 4 years (longest time away from home ever). Sure miss family friends and those blow ups on Super Spooks and Top Dawgs!

Nice fish! Makes me want to fire up the ole boat when I get home. Where I grew up in Louisiana I used to see and catch those lizards all the time. I don't recall seeing any where I live in Arkansas. I used to like to watch their behavior. The males would mark the boundaries of their territory by displaying the reddish flap under their chin/neck area and bobbing their heads. As far as they are concerned they are still 100 feet long and the kings of the world. The kids used to let them bite their ear lobes and hang...wear them like ear rings. Thanks for sharing.

Great looking fish! Where did you get them at?
A couple buddies and myself are heading to Indianola next weekend. A couple of weeks ago the reds were biting good, I just hope the trout are running now. Got to be my Fav fish!

i live in rockport about an hour from indianola.where i fish its a hit or a miss.make it to rockport you can call me.
