I looked a couple of hours Sunday afternoon and found the one on the left and looked a couple of hours Tuesday afternoon and found the one on the right. No killers here.

After teaching this morning I looked for three hours in a part of a filed I had never looked before and was pleased to find these. I really like the white point.

What do you think about the one on the left?

These were heartbreakers.

That white one looks really good. Quartz or white flint?
The strange one looks like either a tool or I could actually see it as a tie on pendant? Very unique to say the least.

Nice! I love that white one.
With as much patina as there is on points from your area I'm willing to bet that was very translucent at one time.
Have you ever found agatized coral where you are?
It sure looks like heat treated coral.

It is not quartz. It is different from most of the material I find.

It is very translucent. I told my wife when I came home that I wondered if it was coral. I have found one point in the same county that was made of coral.

Two now I think.
It's a beauty whatever it is.
Lots of little pinholes in it?
