Little tiny flint/chert flake

Only got to be in the creek for about an hour so went back to the sand/pebble pit and found this little flake. I've found several of this type material so I know there's a real beauty of a point or tool somewhere in that creek and dang it I'm gonna find it someday! :laughing7:

It must be there, are you going down to hard pan where old stuff would be or is sand to deep?

With the amount of pottery you find, I agree there has to be points in your creek. We still need a 5" rain (in 24 hours) to change things. Haven't had that kind of rain in 3+ years here. Good luck!

You should go up on the bank above the creek and figure out where the campsite would have been.
