Quartz artifact, not sure what to call it?

This seems like a multi-tool, an end scraper, side scraper, pick, with a graver. Quartz is so frustrating to take pics of, I did my best with what I got.

I have plenty of interesting rocks but I gave up. What I think is obvious others don’t see at all. I haven’t been banned from this site like I was from arrowheads.com. At least you are able to have and express an outside the box opinion here.

I think TDog was right with quartzite. The red color In the stone doesn’t come through in pics but this was an older thread and I’m pretty sure I was wrong about It being rose quartz. I have a bunch of stuff made from it, or samples of it spending on your opinion. I think it was quarried from the site and as has been pointed out a poor quality tool stone, which probably contributes to the crudeness of the artifacts made from it.
