INFO ON CHRISTMAS GIFT POINTS

Girlfriend got this for me for xmas from an auction house in KY. Also got an overstreet guide to help identify. That book has a lot of information but im having trouble identifying. Does anyone have any comments or thoughts? Also im having trouble rotating the image so be patient with me im new to all this. Merry Christmas to everyone!
