Hello, you guys inspired this post past couple days with the best of stuff....that said, earlier this year I found my first chert piece, have been very lucky right on my property, and now have a few cool pieces. Here’s the bifurcated base points I’ve located in the cliff overhangs so far. Please add yours to this post, Would love to see the varieties out there. Not sure of chert types, enjoy and thanks !

They look like the coyote. I love the variety. The larger one is 2 and 1/4".

I was looking for some blunts I found in California and refound this piece.
I picked it up around the Arizona/Nev line. I’m not sure of the lithic.
The obsidian in that area is green banded obsidian.

Are you really thinking Lecroy on that one? I posted two from the site that ole Archie Lecroy got his named after. Bifuracates are some pretty cool points.
