Seceral years ago I was given a christmas gift of a Radioshack Discovery 2000 MD. I never got around to really usiing it much due to other commitments, my questions is will this model do for a beginers MD, I want to take it with me when I go camping, or when I'm visiting friends to look for lost items, metorites and other treasures.
