Back in the early 90's there was a class offered and free testing. Is it real or wishful thinking? There is a medical term for it, but not a nice one. It comes down to numbers, how much do you get right, and how much do you get wrong. Since it all starts with the third eye, it depends if you have studied one of the many religions that use it. As a form of meditation try imagining yourself traveling through the universe while bubbled in a white light. That will tell you if it works or not. If you feel better after wards, it works. If your still wound up and not relaxed, it failed.
