this one is one of my favourite red jasper. but is there anything to say further more?

Pretty much, hematite jasper with quartzite veins.

One thing to keep in mind though, the term "jasper" is generally to be taken with a grain of salt strangely enough. It is widely considered by geologists to be a bit of a "pet name" as opposed to having any geological/mineralogical significance. Technically jasper is just a type of chert or chalcedony depending on the composition. This one I would group in the chalcedonies personally. Here's a good link for you to read:
