I see it. I seen it the first instance I saw it sitting in a thrift store waiting to be picked by a keen eye.
You see quartz but I see much more. Notice the lines. Ok. Now in I believe the third pic you can see the lines all match and each point in a row. Do you see it?

Caleb, here are some examples of Quartz which also have lines and points in a row.

You're not seeing what I'm seeing. Look at the surface of the crystal. In the reflection of light on the surface of the crystal you can see trigons like grains.

I have all kinds of quartz . None like this one.

Caleb, it looks like a partially terminated quartz crystal.

Not a diamond, but still a cool find.
