I was hoping it was more along the lines of disagreeing with the whole "World heritage site" thingie.... but with our current occupant I guess that's not to be.....

What's this all about? Any links to news feeds you'd like to share? ???

BTW, how is it possible in Europe to dig up the dead and place their skulls on the walls of cemetaries for failure to pay the grave lease, and simultaneously keep the dead buried at sea in 'war graves', without paying some sort of annual rent to the UN?

Let’s hope the first thing they bin is their conventions on Underwater Archaeology.

We need this to come back under individual state control where we can campaign for the amateur archaeologist and private sector to take back the recording of our history at no cost to our governments (as has happened for the last fifty years).

I thought that might be the issue!
All that aside- Closing down UNESCO is a good thing! :icon_thumright:
