Went diving on Wednesday on a wreck off Atlantic City called the Varranger. I found an old cage lamp, but it was still connected by it's wires. I didn't have any cable cutters with me and was about to give up on it when I remembered my Spyderco. Cut right through that electrical cable!

Hope you didn't get an electric shock..........or does the knife have an insulated handle 😊

Yeh I can hear you now speaking to one of your workers

" I'll give you this spoon to eat your lunch with if you open this coconut for me, I don't want to break a nail or chip the varnish" sigh......

For anyone interested in BVI's derogatory comment in my direction it means he had a Maroon ( or Sandy colored) beret during his service and mine was simply the bog standard black one ie " a crap ( not very good) hat", hence his calling me a HAT. Which I am sure you can imagine makes me cry.

The best dive knife you can buy and is the No1 for professional divers is the "Green River"
I have used one for years and is as sharp as the day I bought it.

Dayum - you were right. This Green River is the sharpest dive knife I ever saw. I'm gonna clip this one to my bc and keep my trusty old Dacor dive tool strapped to my leg for hammering and prying stuff loose from the bottom.

If hunting, a Stingray stiletto for a quick kill to avoid attracting predators...

everything is blackout out or parkerized, nothing flashey on me to attack the stuff with big teeth.

So BVI was airborne and you were infantry? I'm with you SADS, there is no good reason to jump out of an airplane unless its on fire.
