Might have been us. We were about a mile or so south of Disney's resort. Surrounded by lobster hunters. 
Not looking for any divers at the moment, but I didn't see anyone else blowing holes in our general vicinity, and we were out Sunday. White sportfish looking boat with twin blowers? take a look at the "Blower construction for our new boat" thread and see it that is the boat you saw.
