    A few Resaca,Ga C.W. finds

Had to go it alone this weekend. My buddy Chris "Gadirtfishin" as been sick all week and wasn't able to do any detecting so I figured I would get out and hunt a while. I got more exercise than good finds, but I will take it. Any ideas on the iron buckle or the brass iten that looks like a small chess piece? Jonathon

Nice Finds JR. The brass piece looks familiar but I can't recall what it is. HH.
Everyone will make a good find on occasion. The challenge is to find CW relics consistently.

Isn't the chess looking piece a Rivit? Off of a saddle maybe?

I guess it could be. I have never found one like it before. I have seen some similiar, but can't remember what they were.

Just found out what the brass item is. It is a collar stud. Here is a link to view some. Jonathon
