Found it, checked it, made 2 pictures. Wanted to make pictures under a "loupe" but I got too much shade from the frame of the loupe.

The date is 1982. Check the pictures...

A dime is 10 cents (10 of them equal one dollar US)

oh - and a nickel is 5 cents, a quarter is 25 cents (one "quarter" of a dollar)

very cool finds!
