Hi There!

I ducked out of work a couple hours early today to go metal detecting with my good buddy Ron ~ today is his birthday! We got another nice day with no rain, but the ground is nice and soft from all rain that's fallen the last few weeks. Here's what I dug today:

1953-S Washington Quarter
1958-D Roosevelt Dime
10 wheat cents dating from 1925 to 1955
9 clad quarters
11 clad dimes
3 modern nickels
27 memorial cents
1975 Un Centesimo from Panama
Japanese 5 Yen?

Not sure about the Japanese coin ~ I think it's a FIVE YEN, but I'll have to research it a little. The silver dime and silver quarter were found in the same hole! I love it when that happens! These are my silver coin finds #150 & #151 for the year! WOOHOO!!

Thanks for looking!
Neil

Nice finds, especially the silver. :icon_thumright: The ground is not so soft here, like quite frozen. Good to see some are able to hunt. Well done.

5 yen it is Neil. The only Japanese coin with a hole in it. Man you just keep raking in the silver :notworthy:
Except for the 50 yen coin.
The 5 yen is however the only Japanese coin without western numerals ie 1-9.
(sorry, im rarely right about anything so i had to jump on this one.)
