So, hell is going on back in Norway now!! After I posted this find. I forgot to tell, that the coin is not detected in Norway. :help: :help: :evil5: :evil5: :evil5: :director: :boxing: :protest:

It is strange, because you have a norwegian flag besides your tread, they think you are in Norway 24 hours a day all year ?? Havent you guys discovered internet yet? :read2: :read2: :read2:

Sorry to yours in Norway that misliked my coin. I am sorry for you too.

I also have been told that I am stupid cleaning the coin with vinegar, salt in a heated aluminum cup.
Well does it looks wrecked ?? Please let me do things my way and I will leave you in peace thanks. :-X


The law in Norway is like this : All relics older than 1537 and all coins older than 1650 is the property of the norwegian State/Goverment and I respect that fully!!! :icon_thumright: :notworthy: Thanks and Good night folks :toothy1: :sleepy2:

It was only a green lump when I found it. I boiled it in a alu cup with vinegar and cooking salt
(old woman's remedy for removing verdigris on bronze stuff).

AE4 Centenional reduced

Obverse: CONSTAN-S PF AVG - Bust Headset rosettes, Shell and Reverse: Paludamentum (military cloak) on it, facing right.

Rev: "VICTO [RIAE] Q AVGG DD NN" - Two Victories standing facing holding laurel crowns. "ΓSIS" in exergue.

the coin of the my pic was not good :tongue3: ... e removed. but the identification is correct the name of your coin is (ΓSIS) and can be read clearly on its currency that is in very good condition of preservation. :thumbsup:

As HISPAN stated above, the letter in front of the SIS group is a Greek 'gamma', the third letter in that alphabet--which also signifies the third 'officina', or workshop, within the SIS mint. Workshops may have been designated to help trace the source of irregularities in the weight and alloys used in coins.

All goverments deserve to keep all the coins they dig, and things dug on listed histroic sites other then that they need to mind to government buisness.

Never understand why some governments in Europe do not give more preference to the recovery of historical heritage and Antique finds. :dontknow:
banning and to let will be destroyed in agricultural fields and under the Sea.
Especially considering that the historical heritage is wealth that can be stored to give value to their monetary systems. :icon_scratch:
