Got out today with my new e-trac.Decided to hit area i hammered with xlt/v3i and tdi in multiple set ups.New it would be a short day as i am a bit banged up due to taking a swan dive on a cement floor last week.Knee is still touchy. But i lasted long enough to get a wheat cent,1899 indian cent, and a 1901 v nickel that seems to be incased in iron a bit. Also got some silver plated spoon handles and a bag of brass, lead ,and copper junk.Best find was a knife that says"LESTER PIANOS LAST A LIFE TIME" on both sides all in caps.Dang v nickel is in perfect mint condition, accept for th dang iron that is fused to it :(.Oh well 1st one in years. So i can't complain.

Nice Indian. I'm thinking about getting the etrac myself. I've hunted with a Whites for 16 years. Do you like the etrac?

Nice saves. It appears that the E-Trac is the new MD of choice. I may have to step in that myself on the next go around.

Congratulations on the Indian. It would seem the E-Trac is the new Bad Boy on the block.

Good job! I got my etrac this week. In the last 3 days 7 indian heads, 4 barbers, 1920 canadian 5 cent silver, and today my first ever seated dime. All at a park checked over by myself using a fisher and lots of other people. Keep using it and the silvers will start popping out. Good luck!!!

Nice finds
My 3 v-nickels i have found lately, are so pitted i can barely make them out.
I am a Noob V3i owner and i am thinking about switchin to the etrac.
I recently made a post asking peoples opinion about which machine they prefer, would appreciate it if you would drop by and add your $.02

The v3i seems like a good machine, but i havent been finding a whole lot, and its very complicated.
Congrats on your new E-trac, im jealous.

Nothing wrong with those finds, keep the knees in shape, I have had total replacement of both.
