If they're sterling you got a deal, but otherwise I can't say for sure.
Not very familiar with presidential souvenir spoons or their value, however I once owned a Sterling silver souvenir spoon of George Washington. From my research on that spoon I discovered it was just worth its melt-value becasue it was a mass produced item and had little value outside its metal content.

They should say "Sterling" if they are silver if not they may say something like EPNS (Electroplated Nickel Silver)(Contains no silver).

I passed on 8 of them at thrift store here. Can't seem to find sales on these. Not many people collecting them.

Thank y'all
Does the mark IS mean it is Sterling silver because even the gold colored one has that mark.

Looks like the IS stands for International Silver
From what I've found its a company not a silver mark

IS (International Silver) is a well known plating company. They do have some IS sterling, but again it will be marked "Sterling" too. if it just say's IS then its plated.
