" 19th century "A Kenrick & Sons " Letter hole and door knocker"

Hi all, Went back to the cleared block site tonight for a hour after work.Didn,t md but had a look threw the piles of rubbish and fill on the left-hand side of the block.There part of an old front door and i moved this door-knocker and letter slot in one.Made in the late 19 th century by A Kenrick & Sons {England}. Model No. 443. Had a bit of a Google and only found a No 400 and it was worth quite a few dollars, hell understatement worth lots. don,t know if the one i found is worth anything tho. ;D ;D ;D.

Hey, Tin—

Web Wilson's Antique Hardware Price Guide lists a number of brass mail slots (though none vertical like yours), ranging anywhere from $30-50 U.S. for common types, on up to $150 or more for fancier ones in choice condition. This dealer has several Kenrick mail slots:
