Neat padlock. I think that winder is for a bigger clock. Or for an older pocket watch maybe.

NOT SURE ABOUT THE PLATE . THE OLE HEADSTAMP IS FAMILIAR BUT , THAT COPPER LOCK IS PRETTY NEEET FIND..
