Its about half an inch long.. for a few hours i was looking at it wrong... Then my mom looked at it and saw the face... really excited about finding this...

Yep, appears to be an effigy. Is it brass? If so, probably made in the lost-wax casting method. May be a high school project from a few decades ago. (I used to make jewelry like it.) Sub 8-)
