Found this in my own yard today. It's very decorative, looks like some kids got their hands on Grandpa's cane and were bashing things until it broke and they discarded it like so much trash!
Very heavy and I love it!!

Yes too bad it's a bit banged up, but at least you saved it in still recognizable condition.

Silver bends fairly easy. No telling how it was bent up.

Wonderful find. I think the maker is RF Simmons & Co. Google them and you will see other examples of their fine silver cane handles.
