My plan was to go to a streetear out after dinner , I got at the streetear out and contruction crew were still working so I decided to hit old premission that I pounded with etrac. I got iffy signal , 26,28,29,30 finally got to pinpoint it so I dig it and my surprise out comes out big silver a 1909 O barber half my first ever. I missed it with etrac. Next signal was a 12 and comes out a 1907 V nickle . I had given up on this premission I thought I hunt good with etrac. Going back soon. 20180523_185110.jpg 20180523_185115.jpg 20180523_185121.jpg 20180523_185835.jpg 20180523_185842.jpg 20180523_190509.jpg 20180523_190708.jpg 20180523_201359.jpg 20180523_201409.jpg 20180523_201426.jpg 20180523_201444.jpg

I have hunted this one site with multiple brands of machines. I have always found switching brands and going back to a site will produce items the others missed, and funny thing is it doesn't matter which brand came first or last! I've had this experience for over two decades now and it never fails to amaze me. Sometimes the stuff just get moved a little. Up here, it would be by ground frost. But as I've said, miss it by an inch, miss it by a mile. Just a slight turn of the coil sometimes can make all the difference in the world. Nice stuff.

Nothing nicer than a big ole piece of silver, that'll get the juices flowing in a hurry. Glad to see you've started hitting the good stuff with the Nox. I knew it was just a matter of time before you got the coil over some goodies. Congrats and I'm sure there will be more to come!!

very nice, a Barber half is an awesome find for sure. I found a 43 Walker last year in a spot that I had hit a lot, could figure out how I managed to miss such a banging signal but Smokey is right, got to swing over it 1st.
