Hit a cellar earlier in the day that I had been to once before. I nabbed a few button on top of the 10 i had found at this site. No coins yet.

I noticed the small field next to my residence was hayed and it is public town property. This is where i learned to detect back in 2016 and provided me with many many good finds. Today was no exception. I got a screaming 23/24 on my equinox 600 and found this Nova a couple inches down. I also got my second oldest dog tag 1915.

Thanks for looking!

Sultan, you weren’t kidding, that is a very nice Nova Constellatio, definitely one of the nicest I have seen on this forum. Good luck with your hunts. Walt

Thanks for the kind words. I brushed it lightly with a fiberglass pencil. Would ran wax be a good idea? Or leave as is? This is my earliest copper from this field. Prviously was upper Canada 1813 spread eagle token. Ive also gotten a Lincoln/Andrew campaign ferrotype 1863
