Find the right person and I think you can almost double your money. I would just use it to dig in the dirt while metal detecting. Maybe that's how the blade got broken, though.

Take a grinder or sander and make a new tip workout that jagged spot and sell
Without the case I’m sure you could make money on it ... for only paying that much I would prob just keep it
.... have you looked in the sheath for the broken section ? Could have been placed in there to repair later
