coins are really nice for out of the ground as always

Your gesture of giving back the ring to the family is admirable, well done!

The KRR loyalist button is top notch.
The old coppers are in great shape
And nice job returning that gold ring.
Thanks Relific. Wanted that button for a while, pretty much since you've found one.

Thanks Silver Tree chaser. Honestly, I could have looked for a closer relative of that gentlemen but since the farmer owns the land and is the descendant of the ring's owner through his great grand mother I finally decided to give it to him.

Thanks ToddsPoint. For many years I haven't found any American coins. Only learned what's an Indian Head Penny about 3 years ago. They aren't extremely common over here but a few spots produced more than others.

What a great post! You found yourself a lot of "firsts." Kudos. I was scrolling down and reading in amazement. I thought, " This is great stuff. All we need is a bottle." And then I got down to them. Sweet! And a cool rock to boot. Good of you to return the ring. Very nice. HM from me, too.
