My wife's first time detecting!!!

Well, my wife Sharon finally came along detecting with me yesterday for a few hours. I fired up my CZ-5 for her to use and set her loose after some quick instruction and pointers. She managed to get 48 cents in clad by the time we wrapped it up.

Here she is with her haul for the evening:

I was able to scare up a '29 Wheatie and 60 cents in clad. I had a quarter in my pouch so Sharon actually found more coins than I did.

Way to go Sarge! I'm waiting for my wife to actually go with me (not just talk about it). Is that a map of Shelby under those coins? My wife is from Hart.
