button question

I found a button a while back and thought i would ask if anyone knew the value or origin. The front has an anchor on it possible navy. If i saw a pic i could identify it. Its definitly not a new button and their seems to be a golden shine to some spots of it.

i dont have a home pc but it is an anchor with a chain wrapped around it and has 2 holes in the middle
