Major congrats!! I'd sure like to know what kind of stone that is too. Could definitely be a sapphire.

Is it stamped "gold"? Kidding. That is one beautiful ring, so often we think that we are the originators of various methods of craft making. The way the stone is set into the gold is fantastic. Nice that you found the farmers ring, you each get one!
