Ivan--I just posted the following reply in the What Is It? section, and now see this double post. This is a better place for the info - here's the reply again:

David Schenkman's Book, Bimetallic Trade Tokens of the United States, lists two varieties (5 & 10) from the Frank Snell Saw Mill Co. / Council, GA and says "circa 1920". Randy & James Partin's Georgia Trade Tokens book also lists them and illustrates the 10. In standard notation, the legend on it is:

FRANK SNELL / COUNCIL, / GEORGIA / SAW MILL CO.
GOOD FOR / 10 / PAT. / APPL'D FOR / IN MERCHANDISE

damn shame all I got is a damaged outer ring then -- wish it was intact -- have to see if I can go back and find more of em .
