Treasure galleons book copyright

Hi,
I have written a book about shipwrecks with treasure (Galeones con tesoros) and I have the copyright. A trasure hunters company have used my book and also taking photocopies claiming they have copyright of them. This seems illegal, since I never authorized the use.
I appreciate your opinion.
