WATCH WHAT YOU POST ON THE INTERNET. LAWS ARE IN EFFECT FOR POSSESSING MANY ITEMS THAT ARE DUG UP FROM THE GROUND. BE AWARE - THE GOVERNMENT IS WATCHING. CHECK THE LAWS - MANY ITEMS OVER 50 YEARS OLD THAT ARE DUG FROM THE EARTH ARE ILLEGAL TO HAVE. IT'S OK FOR THEM TO HAVE IT, OR THE EARTH TO KEEP IT, BUT NOT YOU.

Sounds like more death panel and he's a Muslim BS. Could you please post the specific law or laws you're referring to? Also, even if there are some laws on the books that remotely deal with your broad and misinformed post, I'm sure each state would or would not have their own laws on this matter; unless of course it was Federal land. Though if it's Federal land, I doubt you could legally detect on it anyway.

Well, although I would not stop posting finds, one thing I am aware of is that you are being watched far more than you know. I was investigated a couple of years ago. I wrote a post all about the experience. I know of a couple others that were sought out by the FBI for no other reason than that were coin collectors. It may seem unreal or made up but I will promise you it happened and it can happen. Happy Hunting.

East of where I live, on the other side of the Cascade Mountains there lies the Winema National Forest. Several years ago, I can't be exact now, but I'm sure it's under ten years, two guys were looking for some bottles to display on their porch, and they were rummaging in a dump at the site of an old WWII era logging camp, in other words, over 50 years old. They were busted by an Oregon State cop, and the Forest Service prosecuted. The Winema Archies want to preserve the site for the Archies in the future to be able to dig, and they made a big point out of the fact that the dump was so pristine that there were still egg shells. All the news articles at the time they were throwing the book at the two henious culperts, but I don't actually know what they finally got on the deal. Those guys weren't detecting, they were looking for bottles like my Mom or I used when I was a kid, I mean really important stuff to save and treasure. Oh yeah, I think they'd found an old log cabin syrup tin, which is a treasure worth going to jail over. Folks, the idiots are running the nut house, and we are being screwed.

Golden silver i looked back through your posts for this very interesting subject and found this link you posted:

http://www.wnd.com/images/dhs-rightwing-extremism.pdf

If you read through this it is nothing but SPECULATION, unbelievable!!! it looks like we are GUILTY until proven innocent and the control they want over our firearms is really SCARY.. Our forefathers are turning over in their graves, and if alive today I believe they would be lobbing musket balls at the White House... HOW have we come so far from a government of the people, by the people, for the people as President Lincoln stated in his Gettysburg Address???

Times are scary and politicians are --- well, LIARS!!! Seems most ALL of them are in it for themselves and who ever greases their palms the most, we are turning into a socialist society, especially here in the Republik of Kalifornia!!! Did you hear they just made into law that it is now illegal on some Los Angeles area beaches to even toss a football or frisbee??? :help:

Honestly guys , if you where to take a day off and go to your states general assembly meetings and view the people who make the laws I think each and everyone of you would be horrified that people like this are in control and making laws, not to mention the senate and the house . Every single one of them who sit there have alterier motives . Just like Bob Mcdonald backing laws that give the AG permission to try out children as adults . All pun aside people should really pay attention to all the new laws as the ignorate are making them .....
