I have a garage sale type lead. About 5 or 10 years ago on St. Patty's day, a few guys dressed as security officers and stole several paintings (Rembrant originals)worth about $30 or $300 million (I can't remember). If you find some of those paintings and return them you will recieve about $5 million. Not really a treasure lead, but if you happen to come across them it might be something to good know.

Um... I'm new at this, but I think that Kidd's treasure was buried on GARDINER'S island. This is an island at the end of the forks of Long Island. There is still a sign there saying not to bother looking, since the treasure has "already been recovered."

Nobody is allowed to land on Gardiner's Island, or Plum Island (next to it), which is a US Germ Laboratory.

Plum Island is in NY off of Long Island. CT is across the way.

Um... that's what *I* said. ??

But anyway, the treasure was buired on Gardiners.
