The all seeing eye looking at a lost mine

Hello,

There are some believers in guardians connected to the lost mine of Pitt lake. One one of my trips I took a very interesting picture of what looks like it could be the all seeing eye looking at a possible lost mine target near where all the rust is in the following picture. Its not a very good quality photo but please have a look.
