Well the best answer I have is that the British Government seems to me to have a fair idea as to how to reward people like us that want to perserve history and let everyone to be able to see our discoveries, and to receive credit for what was found! Plus they reward them very well. Just think if we had a system like that in the U.S.A. We would even have rallies like they do in the UK and we would be able to detect, and meet like minded people, not just a hand full, but 30 to 50 people at a time, to discover a fort, an old settlement, a ghost town, the list goes on.
