probably around $40...

you over cleaned it, which will turn some collectors off.

next time you find a relic, just wash the loose dirt off, keep the patina and the dug look.

whoever buys it can wash it more if they want.

Yeah, just leave it a blob of metal, collectors enjoy cleaning them themselves to see what it
is they are looking at.

I would. Your call though. Basic "rules of thumb": never polish coins or do anything that would strip a relic of it's patina. Doing so strips the object of value to a potential buyer.
