    Dentist mirrors?

These actually come from my own yard. There was an old houseplace here, but if these are dentist tools, they are a little out of place considering the history I have researched on my deed (no dentists lived here). They are made from brass, copper? One of them still has the glass, mirror?, in place. The backs read KERR 4 BOILABLE MADE IN U.S.A.
    Thanks
    Jason

I agree they are dental mirrors... they probebly had removable handles for sterilization (boiling = boilable).

Kerr may be a type of lens or there may be a connection. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerr-lens_modelocking

Here is a #5 boilable mirror head. http://longevityllc.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=836

As already been said, they are detachable for sterilization and #4 is probably a size. Any dentists here?

I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.
