Can anyone identify either of these??

Found these 2 items this morning and was wondering if anyone could identify them, the first is some kind of medallion that says OAKLAND on it and on the bottom it says its a product of General Motors. I thought this might be some kind of car ornament but I dont know. The second one is a pin and its a beauty it is an eagle above it, it has the 13 star flag, spread out to the sides is written E Pluribus Unum. It seems to made of copper and is finely detailed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
